The CEO is very knowledgeable and knows the business. The VP's under him do too. Funny how everyone thinks that they could run a business so much better. You have to respect the long hard hours and stress that goes into these positions. If you come to work and do your job and try your best each day for the residents than you will succeed - troublemakers won't or shouldn't.
