Unorganized

Unorganized, a lot of waiting around for things to happen. Not enough welding machines and too many welders. Many unhappy employees A lot of backstabbing and whining. Never enough parts to finish jobs.

Room to grow

Love this place , lots of room for advancement. Management is fair . Day shift supervisor is very open and approachable and runs the plant with fairness and respect . Would recommend this place.

So far, so good

So far, my experience has been completely positive. Everyone made me feel right at home from day 1. I made a few mistakes during the first couple weeks, but no one seemed to mind. Excited to see what my future holds with SteelCraft.
