The Environment:

Ste. Anne's Spa is located on over 400 acres in the rolling hills of Northumberland. The spectacular vista includes a view of Lake Ontario that is breathtaking. The country roads leading to the property offer a picture of a peaceful rural countryside
 – more... covered with green fields, wooded hillsides and picturesque ponds. The main building is a historic stone building named Ste. Anne's.

Whenever we ask both guests and staff what they love about Ste. Anne's the answer is always a resounding vote for the people. Employees work towards the common goal of making people feel better. The end result is that guests transform into relaxed and happy people who glow under the attention given. This feeds back to the staff as a personal reward knowing that they have taken part in this change. We often form a strong bond with our clients and look forward to their return as much as they do.

Our Reputation:

Ste. Anne's Spa is Ontario's Premier Spa destination, voted favourite spa in Canada from 2006-2014 by SpaFinder Wellness Travel Awards. There is no other place like it. The growth of Ste. Anne's has always been closely tied to the satisfaction of our guests. Every guest is surveyed for feedback. Every change is driven directly by guests' comments and concerns and that is why Ste. Anne's has such a great reputation as a professional and caring organization.


Ste. Anne's, since its beginning, has gone through tremendous growth and development. In the last nineteen years Ste. Anne's has grown from a Bed and Breakfast type of operation into a successful Destination Spa. From our inception, in 1990, we have grown from a core staff of about seven people to a staff of 150. Ste. Anne's strives to promote from within and this has allowed for amazing opportunities and advancement for our hardworking and dedicated staff.



Compensation:

Ste. Anne's prides itself on being able to offer very competitive compensation packages. We keep up to date on the industry standards and offer great packages to new and current employees.

year after year job satisfaction falls. Management adds more and more work on while cutting staff. Many lay offs the last few years have proven job security is minimal. Wage cuts and benefit cuts happen every year as well.
