Really good work culture, with a very collegial and casual atmosphere. Executive management was predominantly old school and very hierarchical. Advancement opportunities were available but you had to be willing to move abroad to get them. Projects were poorly managed and overall company had a great deal of miscommunication with the parent in Norway. - more ... Norwegians see things through a very rose-colored Norwegian view of the world, the so-called "Viking Will". International business units have an extreme disconnect with Norway making corporate expectations unrealistic and unworldly. - less
