If selected you are scheduled for an interview at the head office

The "culture" at Startek Kingston is very focused on the young, juvenile new hires. A very immature atmosphere more focused on socializing than a professional office environment. There is no seniority here, so someone off the street makes almost as much as someone who has been there for 14 years.
