Everyone here really cares about their job. They care about the coffee and they care about the customers. You are empowered to make every moment right for the customer without worrying too much about repercussions. They are fairly flexible with schedules. Can be extremely busy, and the higher ups care way too much about numbers, rather than customer connctins- they are pulling away from their original beliefs.
