If you were a previous partner, they will call "Partner Contact Center" and pull up your file to see your past at Starbucks and see if you are eligible for rehire. Other than that, just your basic reference checks and suck.

Not sure. 75 percent of their work force is students and young adults so this generally doesn't seem to matter.
