Fast paced
The location I was at was always busy but I really enjoyed it. I got a free drink every shift which I also really liked. Made a lot of good friends and was good for school.

Great place to work
Great place to work and very social atmosphere. Very interesting to learn about learning the basics of drinks and becoming a barista. The customers are great and it's a fast paced environment.

Need lots of better condition
I got a raise, then they cut my hours.Staff we're nice, customer we're terribleExpect a drive time but "we're not a fast food" Got a bonus during COVID but apparently COVID was only 6 month out of 2 years.

Hoesntly stress full and understaffed 24/7
I don't think I could ever find a worse place to work. Customers are always yelling about they're drinks taking to long when they order 5 plus customizations and store managers care more about the customer score than they do about you, and the customer score will never go up as long as every store is understaffed

Good benefits
Starbucks is a good poace to work at. Although it’s hard at first to learn to do all types of drinks and memorize them, it gets easier and there are flexible shifts. You get good benefits and they pay an amount of your tuition.
