It’s a good place to work. Manager and co workers are nice. Cons are unpredictable schedule and less room for advancement. There’s almost no room for promotion to technologists

Good company to get your foot in the door but wages are low. Tough to move up as well so more of a stepping stone place to other places then a place you can advance.

Stantec is a good place to work, very good health and safety culture. Most workdays are start very early and end late, its good to be prepared for that.

Overall a great place to work. The team I was with was very nice. There are politics (this exists everywhere), but not so much in my team.Only downside is that the pay is about average.
