About 4 weeks. It starts with consultation with a hiring manager, then proceeds to a panel interview (usually 3 people) who ask a variety of questions prepared by the Human Resources Department. It's usually a function of deciding if the potential hire will fit in with the group (as his/her technical abilities are usually well documented in the resume), and depending on the position, what the hire can bring in as it relates to new clients.
