Great work atmosphere
Honestly I had a great experience working with Stantec. I would love to work for the Edmonton head office again. The team was welcoming and everyone really worked as a team.

Good place to work, lots of growth opportunities if you’re keen
Lots of career growth opportunities. Interesting projects. Collaborative teams. Median salary, good benefits (Canada). Growing globally, a lot of rapid change. SomeProcesses have not kept up with the pace of growth,

looked promising, but ended up being a disappointment
it's mostly a support job for the main app, so don't expect a lot of dev...expect a lot of diff work, so ability to switch gears a lot is necessary...most of the work is self-motivated, so learning about the env, who to ask, and how important that work is must be learned...there are no official deadlines, but there are implicit ones, so learning where your work is in relation to others is up to you...

Summary
Long hours but lots of new information, exposure, and experience for a university student or fresh graduate. The pay is not great, at least as a co-op student.
