Good place to work

Good paced work, most folks get along and work as a team. Help you out if needed any support and gives good training.

Technician, Detail Inspector, Heli Accessories in Winnipeg, MB
on 13 November 2022
Worked there for a couple of years.

Ok place to work. It seems that corporate management only cares about numbers, mainly "generating share holder value". New employee training is good. Workwear is provided, quarterly lunches etc. HR loves the "best to work for" phrase and the "best company" awards but really have no interest in fixing the things that dont work. Corporate is busy buying up smaller competitors and then forcing HR to do layoffs. Some people promoted to VP positions who shouldn't be. Senior managers who only care about themselves and money. Feedback from employees largely ignored.
