Account Manager (Current Employee) – Port Coquitlam, BC – 27 October 2017
A great customer base to interact with. A down-to-earth office with team members who are there to help and teach when needed. Days go by fast as there is always something to do, whether it be answering phone calls and customer inquiries, or entering orders.
Managers always willing to help and teach you new things.
Can get a bit overwhelming, the workload, alot of product knowledge
Réceptionniste / Service à la clientèle (Current Employee) – St Laurent, QC – 1 May 2018
The company is a family friendly company which means they are understanding to family situations. We would with wonderful people, surrounded by energy and fun. The employees are very friendly and fun. Even on a stressful day, there is always someone there to make you laugh or talk about it.
Hired for a job, given another, no credit for what I did. Asked several times the manager for the need of improvement without answers. A bunch of YES people and puppets of the owner.Worse management ever seen.
Welcome to the worst job of your life : poor organization, no training or development plans, a joke of old fashion management, not a good work environment, very poor culture, the company is stuck in stone age, unpaid overtime, low pay compared to other similar companies, absolutely no room for advancement or pay raise.
Operations Manager (Former Employee) – Vancouver, BC – 13 March 2017

Accounts Manager (Former Employee) – Port Coquitlam, BC – 9 November 2016
A typical work day for me would be filled with multi-tasking the phone, emails, up selling, being trained on new products and other assorted tasks that seem to pop up often. It was a busy office with good staff and support.
A good friendly enviroment that kept you stimulated.
Growing pains from a 'mom & pop' business into a full on nation lighting distributor.
