Trust in your employees. There’s a reason why you hired them. They have already proven how strong of team players they are. No need to micro manage.
Don’t tolerate toxic attitudes from senior employee to junior employees.
Have one on one meetings with employees and ask them what their goals are within the company and if there is anything that you can help them to facilitate that goal. Maybe employee has background in certain field that they could put to use in another role.
