Variable it depends on the time of day and time of the year, sometimes there is enough staff while at others there is a single pharmacist manning the entire hospital overnight with only two or three technicians. The computer system was being updated while I was working there which caused many hiccups in the work flow and real confusion as to which departments were still on a paper system for orders versus those that were switched over to software.
Interview process is well structured, expect a number of questions, potentially more than one interview, or a panel interview.
