Support Services workliad heavy
Teachers vs Suport Services....I always felt the support services had no perks while teachers got all the perks The training is sufficient and production product were varied and plentiful.

SMS is a great place to work.
I will always recommend friends or acquaintances to apply for positions at St. Margaret's School as it is inclusive, supportive and a community. The school prepares young girls and women to engage in their learning and to be open and curious about their educational experience.

Hard to work for these people.
Working in Residence is long hard work. Management are critical, and micromanage. No one listens to you. Back stabbing by staff is rampant. This is a culture of walking on eggshells constantly, never knowing when management is going to blow. NO pros, all cons.

Wonderful place to work
Intimate space with small classes. Ability to get to know the staff and students. Wonderful place to have lunch and get work experience because you get to know the space quickly.

Great Place to work
Working at St. Margaret's school was one of the only reasons I successfully began my career as a teacher. The people there were always willing to help and make sure that you were comfortable with your own classroom.
