Wondering if anyone can gate appreciation for hard work and need to give break for a full shift duty during lunch or dinner need to seat for eating not like standing or working and eating, which against law.

Everything was ok but the kitchen manager he is a big mafia over there showing his rules like no break during work if need to eat can not seat
also pushing stress to all line people and he only works in front of owners won't play as a team. he need to know what is manager job?
