Mentally draining
always hours to be worked, always short staffed, management does not stand with the workers. Mentally draining and the amount of bullyin with worker and worker and residents to worker is very high.

Very small community health center. Aimed at providing exceptional patient care. The Standby duty is difficult to have a life around. On Call for a week at a time.
