Management don't care about front line staff. They care more about the business. Always short staffed, expect more with less. I used to be happy working at St. Joe's but not anymore.

Constantly short staff, employees under appreciated, management is horrible and not wanting there employees to grow professionally. Staff is over worked and not cared for when injury occurs.

The management does not support you and makes you work short staffed all the time. Ask for impossible goals. Computers are always down, takes forever to get on them and not enough for everyone. Bullying and backstabbing happen all the time. No one supports you. Was good 20 years ago but going downhill fast.

Great place to work
Wonderful staff members, very nice and supportive. Great management and organization. The team goes above and beyond to keep employees happy. The residents are great, they are very kind and respectful. A very great and positive atmosphere.

Job was very demanding, and because of understaffed most of time,my energy level was to low for anything else. I have worked there full time and in spite of demands loved it. Management was trying to work with staff as much as they could. Hardest part of my job was when we were short staff and unable to meet all the needs of residents including to just spend little more time with them,. Since I retired from there, was able to go visit and spend some time with them., One resident gave me hug and said" Now you have time to site with me" , This statement brought so much joy to me,and I know that I did something good. If I was able to do just something extra to brighten their day ,I knew I was going to have great day to. So I really would like to continue spending time trying to help make someones day happy and great.
