Coordinator Hospital Site Logistics (Former Employee) –  London, ON17 September 2019
Working with colleagues and customers to meet their needs and to trouble shoot any issues with supply chain and customer service duties. I learned a lot about customer needs and employee management relationships. The culture of the organization is friendly and collaborative.

Poor Management
Medical Secretary (Current Employee) –  London, ON31 July 2019
Management has poor communication with other parts of the team. Coordinators respond to their employees bringing in other coordinators that ultimately cases problems. Where one coordinator is acknowledging a request or concern, the other will respond with a condescending response. If you are hoping to have confidence with your boss when you are having family issues and need time off, this is definitely not the place for you.

I enjoyed every day that I worked for SJHC. Friendly staff, great pay, educational opportunities, fair scheduling/staffing. Busy, but not unrealistic

Productive and challenging Job
RN (Current Employee) –  Parkwood Hospial17 June 2015
A typical day start with listening to voice message report, allocation of assignments, prioritizing of care .
Followed by meeting the hygienic needs and nutritional needs of the patient depending on the need. Also carry out medication administration, monitoring of vital signs,Sending the patients for various procedures including physiotherapy.
Managing any emergencies arise in between and assessment and reporting to the health care team regarding any change in health condition and carrying out the orders within the scope of practice.
Everyday is a new learning experience with new challenges and new learning experience is the use of Pyxis medstation for the release of PRN 's and narcotics.
All the co workers are supportive and work together.
I mostly enjoy every aspect of my job. When there is a sick call and when we have to work short staffed, can be demanding.
The smile the patient give us when they are well and their needs are met is the most rewarding aspect of my job.
