Developmental Service Worker - Dual Diagnosis in London, ON
on 16 August 2023
Meaningful work
A pretty great place to work. The job is purposeful and meaningful. Work/life balance can be a bit difficult with 12 hour shifts, but it takes a certain type of person to do this job. The staff and management are helpful and supportive. The floor is often short staffed, but it is a supportive group, working together in all aspects and looking out for each other.

Productive and fun workplace
Great atmosphere, everyone working together to get the job done. Pay is great only issue is part time hours but if you can do calls ins it will get you more hours.

On a day-to-day, management was unclear about what they want from the Team Assistant...

The fact that there is insane rates of turnover should be red flags for higher...
