What is the best part of working at the company?Helping people find moral mental and physical support and shelter What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Hearing about traumatic events that lead to homelessness What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Strict, 12 steps not even aloud :( What is a typical day like for you at the company?Sign people in, give them bed, food, structure, clean, councelling, shift change.

Everyone was very welcoming but this one woman wouldnt stop critizing every thing I did. The pay is average and good hours for students balancing work and education. The customers are all older and honeslty a good enviorment.
