Fast-paced environment, Always something to do.

Summer Job - Social Concern (Former Employee) - Victoria, BC - 7 February 2022

It was an overall decent work environment, the management were tough sometimes but I think that just comes down to the stresses of the job; you have to think about many different things at once, and when someone is slow, or misses a beat it's understandable to be a little upset. Decent pay, if you like switching tasks quickly, and seeing the direct results of your work. I'd recommend it.

there was zero support for this role at the time i was in it. higher mgmt had no idea what they were doing so were unable to support this job. It is sad because it was such great kids,
