Very difficult place to work
Security Guard (Current Employee) –  Toronto, ON22 June 2017
vary dangerous place to work. Management does not stand behind you nor do they care if you are injured or need help. the hospital needs a management overhaul.

The turn over is huge so you dont really get to know the people there.
Cons
poor management, dangerous, stressfull

Exciting and fast-paced high-stress workplace
Emergency Flow Clerk, Scribe (Current Employee) –  Toronto, ON14 August 2014
8 Hour days fly by in any emergency room, managing people moving in, out and up of the ER is tough, high-stress, and not for the faint of heart or stomach.

Work is steady, and often life or death, however at the end of the day (which sometimes extends if it is really busy) you leave work and feel like even if you didn't physically save a life, you contributed to helping someone who was sick or hurt.
