managers are rude to staff. They show favoritism. They will hire spouses/fiances/boyfriend girlfriends and favor them. They don't train everyone the same.

Interdiscriminatory management incommunicative with one another playing politics and favouritism leading to undesirable kithen cultures that vary to a large degree in expectations depending on the authority for any given night. Exhausting emotionally more than physically, there was an absense of genuine approach in the personalities of the majority of management. A disconnect between necessity of duty and quality of life, the bar is set high for the prior and the later spoken of too highly, as is not level generated with the infrastructure digressing itself of its responsibilities as a group intended to act as efficient leaders. I believe they try there best but it's hard to improve business when your only interested in selling to yourself.

St-hubert est une entreprise qui prend à cœur le bien être de ses employés. J’y est vécu une très belle expérience encore à ce jour il s’agit du meilleur emploi que j’ai occupée. J’ai pu facilement monter les échelons allant de caissière à assistante gérante. Mon emploi chez st-hubert à durée plus de 6 ans et ce n’est pas fini encore.

I worked there at 15 y/o and the managers expected me to drop everything to cover someone else’s shift last minute. This happened several times, and when I would say no (the coworker had dropped a shift with less than 24 hrs notice), I was threatened about a written warning, which i never got. The managers weren’t great but a vast majority of my coworkers were super friendly and helpful. We got a 50% discount on takeout.

Travail tranquille mais parfois trop tranquille: on s’ennuie à la longue. On peut se servir de notre téléphone et manger pendant le shift mais il faut aussi rester alerte. Je recommande cet endroit si vous avez de l’expérience

The work was fine, big turnout rate, it's difficult and overwhelming during the weekends. Not a lot of people stay, but if you do want to keep a job and have a good work ethic.
