A typical day at work would involve opening 10 multi unit restaurants at 4am. Ensuring fully staffed, operational and ready to go. Responsible for staffing, scheduling, ordering of food, alcohol and supplies. Cash out responsibilities for 71 employees. Unionized work enviroment requires knowledge of union rules and regulations. Management team meets weekly to review policies and procedures. A fast paced work enviroment requiring multi tasking and quick decision making. After all is said and done meeting the target food & labour cost targets at the end of the week is rewarding.
