Commis d'entrepôt in Saint-Laurent, QC
on 29 January 2023
Interesting
Working there was an experience I mean, where to even start. It’s really tougher physically than people may think & the environment depending on what station you’re at and the people you work with might make the experience even more miserable. But, they do offer lots of opportunities. Picker in Montréal, QC

favoritism and no sense of organization
The workers are no being paid enough for the amount of work they do. And you're forced to do overtime during sales. Poor sense of management and organization. Warehouse Worker in Chabanel, QC

Disaster, no job safety,
No job safety , they don’t care about you and your situation, easily let you go after sale period, if they are friends with someone make their work easier, force you to stay for overtime and if you contact HR they will fire you, HR will give your name to supervisor if you complain about something Warehouse Clerk in Montréal, QC

You will walk
Work week alternating between 3 and 4. That's the full-time schedule. You realize soon that it's a blessing because you need the rest of the week to recover. You. Will. Walk. The warehouse is huge. It's about the size of a Costco but on 4 different floors. You will walk from one end to the other constantly. You will be told not to rest. You will be told you're slow if you are part of the slower quarter of workers. You only get discounts after you become a permanent (when you stay for more than one summer/winter).
