Very good company to gain warehouse experience. The management was good and everyone works as a team. Very good. You will learn new things. Meet new people and gain experience.

Fun place to work
I took a job with the Delivery team during covid part time, I have continued to work there 1-2 days a week and always enjoy my shifts, good management and fun place to work. Is ideal for my second job

Friendly people but no real benefit to working here
Co-workers are very helpful, friendly, supportive and kind. The job itself is very negative though. There seems to be a long list of issues this company is having and it spans all departments. The website has so many errors, incorrect information and glitches. The delivery team seems understaffed and overbooked and as a result is rushed and make mistakes/ can't deliver in time. I don't know what's going on in the warehouse but constant packing errors and missing items, again probably understaffing and under paying being the issue as there seems to be ZERO quality control. Vendors not being paid for 100+ days and so on. Being in Customer Care just means you listen to people complain all day long about how they are unhappy with SPUD and all the issues they have with the company, and to be honest, rightfully so. The pay is low, the benefits were the worst I have received from any company and you have to pay for them. I feel like the people who work here deserve more, the customers deserve more. There's only so many $5 credit apologies you can give. Shame on the higher ups of this company. There just isn't any benefit to working here long term, no RRSP, low pay, understaffing, bad benefits, no stock sharing, constant problems.

Great Place If You Need A Job
You'll find it's got a phenomenal team, but the opportunity for growth isn't abundant. Overall it can be an enjoyable place but fairly monotonous, at times leadership seems to be on-edge and then other times super helpful and outgoing.

Easy work, Hours are there if you want them
Medium warehouse enviroment. Staff are friendly and floor managers are great to deal with. The overtime is there if you want it and the managers were fairly happy to make the shift start and finish times work for you.
