Low paying Alberta mill
Labourer (Former Employee) –  Acheson, AB17 June 2019
Employment doesn't seem too bad first starting, until you find out it's one of the lowest paid mills in Alberta. There's a high level of high school style diplomacy, and no effort made to accommodate workers either in or outside the workplace. A few bonuses are in effect to attempt to balance things out.
Pros
Small chance of earning bonuses, yearly christmas party
Cons
Shift work, low pay, low maintenance budget, low safety priority, little respect for shop workers.
