Productive and fun environment with tennis courts
Tennis Instructor (Current Employee) –  Montreal, QC9 July 2015
The typical day/ hours of work consist of initiating participants to tennis. Guiding them to achieve their best results in the sport. A lot of planning and explanations of the course. Demonstration and Observation of the workouts. Q&As to make sure that everyone is on the same page. Finally, a summary of what was shown/ done/ learned.

Learnt about Neuro-Linguistic Programming to help participants achieve success.

Management is organised and always have a backup plan.

Hardest part of the job is to organise the a plan to accomodate the different levels in one class.

The most enjoyable to see the success from teaching.

Very Good
Volunteer Camp Monitor (Former Employee) –  Montréal, QC30 May 2014
This is more of a family environment rather than a work environment. It was very fun and interested to be a part of such a dynamic group of people. The children were also a joy to be around, although some of them had such tempers. All in all it was a fun and welcoming experience.
