Respect availability, not play favorites with employees and respect the employees. Managers are equal to sales associates. Don't walk past me and tell me to pick up a sweater beside you. Pick it up yourself. You work here too.

Get older management , raise the wage since the stuff in store costs 4x more than other stores , treat staff how they want to be treated , and don’t mix personal life with work life I.e management hanging out with staff on weekends when it’s not a work planned event
