Hiring process is pretty efficient, but there were lots of times where they tell people they will get an interview and never call them

During the winter season there are days where you are there for 10 hours, they don’t let you take small breaks but you will get as many hours as you want. In the summer you get maybe 10 hours a week, and they fire a lot of people because they don’t feel like paying you!

We had associates as young as 17 and as old as 30+, everyone still got along very well and the general work environment was comfortable, yet competitive in a good way.

Respect availability, not play favorites with employees and respect the employees. Managers are equal to sales associates. Don't walk past me and tell me to pick up a sweater beside you. Pick it up yourself. You work here too.
