Coach (Former Employee) - British Columbia - 22 February 2022
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by Indeedparents use these camps as a daycare so get prepared to see lots of troublemaker kids without management and parent support. You have the full responsibility of all the kids but even you don't have a proper 4 wall place. There will be traffic, strangers all around you (bc you are basically in a park) without borders. Danger !! The money you make is not equal to your responsibility and also an awful schedule that you may have 35 hours one week and the following couple weeks you would have 10 hours in a week and some weeks you end up with no money because they could cancel the class 3 days before your shift because of the low registration (which shouldn't be your responsibility). Not fair!!

Great coworkers and company
Lead Coach (Former Employee) - Vancouver, BC - 11 April 2020
High commitment job when wanting to get something out of it. Needing to have good time management skills as well as preparation for coaching a class for the children. Enjoyed all the staff/employees. Great time working with kids. If you love teaching kids and sports, this is the job for you.

Great job, terrible career
Office staff (Former Employee) - Toronto, ON - 27 November 2019
Pros: amazing job to be a coach, really rewarding and schedule works well with school. Coaches are paid well and pay bumps are big and based on ability. Great stepping stone for people going into education. Great training program.
Cons: ownership is a nightmare. Micromanagement to the max. Your opinions are not appreciated. Vacation days are forced when the office is closed for holidays. No security. Anyone can be let go if you disagree with the owners. High turnover. Nepotism. Professional development is lacking. Owners do not care about you.

Not the Standards I like.
Manager of Program Standards (Former Employee) - GTA, ON - 18 March 2019
Their micromanagement techniques and philosophies do not align with my beliefs. Operates with a no trust type of thinking. Does not accept feedback nor suggestions.
Pros
Great teammates
Cons
Terrible ownership

Very stressful work environment. Lacks appropriate leadership from CEO
Office Manager/Program Coordinator (Current Employee) - Thornhill, ON - 8 July 2017
A typical day of work is extremely busy with an enormous amount of demands. The management is very disorganized and lacks compassion and appreciation for their employers. Co workers are the best part of the job.
