Great job, terrible career

Office staff (Former Employee) - Toronto, ON - 27 November 2019

Pros: amazing job to be a coach, really rewarding and schedule works well with school. Coaches are paid well and pay bumps are big and based on ability. Great stepping stone for people going into education. Great training program. Cons: ownership is a nightmare. Micromanagement to the max. Your opinions are not appreciated. Vacation days are forced when the office is closed for holidays. No security. Anyone can be let go if you disagree with the owners. High turnover. Nepotism. Professional development is lacking. Owners do not care about you.
