Great Perks
Great employee discount on products . Work culture is good if managers are supportive and understanding. Hardest part of the job is dealing with rude customers.

Hypocritical

Toxic
I worked there for a long time and tbh for the first while it was great, loved every part of working there. Customer based, fast-pace working environment
Working as a Service Technician at Sport Chek, primarily servicing bikes in the summer, and skis and snowboards in the winter. Great working environment. The work can get repetitive sometimes, but there is always something new to learn in terms of servicing or repairing sports equipment. Colleagues are willing to help you out if they are not busy.

Horrible management
They need to get new mangers at this location they are rude to customers and have favorites in terms of employees they don’t treat those employees they don’t like with any respect

Interview questions

No real questions other than "Why Sport Chek" and "What is your availability" The interview was much more in line with a casual conversation with a friend which I found miles more comfortable then being interrogated about why one might fit the script.
