Great place for flexible hours but really boring job.
This place was great to work because it stayed opened during all the lockdowns. The hours are flexible and the people you work with are cool. The job itself is really boring and lacks challenges so 8 hour shifts crawl by. Compared to other dispensary they pay the least and there is no room for moving up in the company.

Love my job, just wish it paid more
Team culture rocks, management is so involved but not micromanaged. Great advancement opportunities, continuing education, fun environment. Inclusive and supportive.

Poor Ownership, Management doing their best
From my experience with Spiritleaf it is nothing more than a job. There is no real care for the staff and ownership looks to cut corners whenever possible. Very unfortunate as floor staff and direct management are both great.

Do not work here
The worst retail job you can work, the work environment is toxic! They will make employees who are hired part time work full time hours, the turn over rate is high. They will make employees work at other stores in a pandemic. The company say they like to " promote within" but hire outside.Schedules are posted one day before the next schedule. The 'district manager' is ungratefulIf thinking about working here i would advise you to loom somewhere else...

Terrible management
Managers are some of the worst I have worked for, primarily in the Parkdale area. Be aware, the owners are very greedy and lack the ability to pay staff properly or on time without multiple reminders from the staff.
