Poorly managed and terrible pay
Grossly underpaid and disrespected. Extremely high turnover rate. To bad because I met a lot of very talented and professional people while I worked there. This company had all the ingredients to be an incredible Managment company.

Great company I really like it here
Been here three years. I love starting pay above living wage for Vancouver and are very flexible, encourage work life balance, and supportive teamIn my time they have hired some that turned out to be bad apples during shortage of applicants but they review and mentor. The bad apples get discardedIf you are dedicated, honest, and like working in close knit positive environment you should apply...

High turnover, terrible business practices
not a great company, high turnover, terrible work culture in a toxic environment. zero covid protocols during peak pandemic, no HR and no office management. They seem to be going out of business.

Good place to work
I went back to school full-time, which is why I left the company. Pros: I liked the flexibility of the hours, and the fact that I did not have to work weekends. Genuine and fun environment. More like working with friends and family, rather than just co-workers. Cons: Could be stressful at times, as there are many procedures to remember, and deadlines to be met.

Worst place to work. No job security
Working in Spice is like being in an abusive relationship. They fire people often and others just quit because of the toxic environment. Be prepared to feel worthless.
