Store Manager (Former Employee) –  Grande Prairie, AB20 June 2018
for me personally I had a real hard time with taking money from people who didn't have any. I felt like a loan shark and we were always going after people who owed us money

This small company is desperately trying to survive and difficult space. Larger companies will likely force this company to make difficult decisions.

Not unless you like to belittle people or gossip you will not fit in. Just going there to work and not want to get involved with the Junior High School behavior you will not fit in.
Pros
Busy, face pace
Cons
dealing with no very professinal employee's/employer's

Speedy Cash Review
CSR (Former Employee) –  Lethbridge4 February 2014
On a day to day basis you spend almost your whole day on the phone and dealing with customers with financial problems/concerns. Management can be difficult at times, you have to be able to figure a lot of things out on your own or depend on your co-workers to help you if you are stuck. The hardest part of the job is having to work by yourself fairly often. In this type of industry, there should always be more than one person there at a time, but for the most part, you are almost always by yourself.
Pros
quiet environment, learning experiences, customer service experience
Cons
working by yourself
