Bad management
Very bad management and managers. Everyday I feel bad about working in this company. They have no mercy because once they give you the dollar they expect you to shut ... This company is about the dollar and not about how to grow as a whole team/company/employees.

Stressful workplace
It was not complicated job but the management was pretty disorganized and did not follow safety standard. Always last minute shipping because production was late and management did not had plan at all.

Fun and rewarding workplace; a real "family" environment
A great bunch of people, of all races and walks of life. Never have I worked at a company with employees of such diverse backgrounds that were all continually happy to be there and friendly and open to each other. A true "family feeling" in an industrial workplace, I regret having left to pursue other (fruitless) opportunities, not once but twice. For me, the work was both mildly challenging and quite rewarding in that I had almost full control, input, and responsibility for the projects I was working on. Reporting directly to the President, I was fortunate to have an open and honest relationship with all of the senior staff.
