My position were from 10am - 6pm
They used to shift bid every 4 months. It was based on seniority. New people are most likely put on a continental rotation, two weeks of nights and two weeks of days. This changed when management changed and one person decides when he allows you to bid. Union says it's not in the collective agreement to control when the bid happens.
