  • Care about their employees and their wellbeing, investing time into furthering their employees. Reward their employees for their good behavior.

  • Screening candidates more thoroughly would eliminate many of the candidates who are not prepared to do the job they are hired for. Sparkling Hill is always busy. There isn’t room for people who expect a free ride or an easy job. This is hospitality!

  • Fire all upper management right to the GM. Evaluate business layout and employment standards. Then give you head a shake. Re hire all new experience professional management and try again.

  • A complete overhaul of management. Ensuring ethical and profession management is hired, also having a reliable human resource team would be ideal.
