Hey! I am the Talent and Recruitment Specialist for Spark* - All the previous responses have been great! We recommend you check out our website (sparkcares.ca) to read about us, who we are, figure out why we are different from everyone else. We also want to know more about you than what you have on your resume. Be prepared to answer questions about your interests, hobbies, least favourite jobs in the past, experiences you have had with care giving. Our aim with our interviewing process is to get to each other, not just grill you with questions.

To apply to any of our positions check out our website - https://sparkcares.ca/join-us/#work-with-us. We only accept applications through our site so it is your best bet! After that we will give you a call to make sure we are on the same page about the client you applied for, send you a link for a little video quiz to test your tech savvy and get to know your silly side, check out your references, and finally, bring you in to meet the team for an in person interview as well as a call with your perspective client's care partner.
