Roy Spaetzel and Howard Hessenaur founded Spaenaur in 1936. They began by focusing on supplying upholstering material, auto body supplies, adhesives, rubber components and fasteners to the automotive maintenance and trimming trade market. The pair soon figured out that customers not only required auto body supplies but were using a great deal of fasteners. Thus began the early development of Spaenaur’s concentration in commercial and hard-to-find fasteners....

Good place for short term work

Coworkers were friendly and helpful and were the main reason the work was enjoyable. Not good for long term growth. Wages not competitive. Slow wage increases and cross-training.

Good coworkers but no financial motivation

You can give your best but will not be appreciated. Very low pay increases. Most likely you need to work for 20 years before reaching $20 per hr. Coworkers are good and working conditions ( clean and warm) are fine. You are to work more and more with no hope for monetary fair increases. No advancements opportunities
