Reviews about Pay & benefits for Customer Service Representative at SP Data Digital
Demotivating culture
Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) - Hamilton, ON - 30 June 2023
Team leads are good sometimes but QA are really unnecessary harsh. They will cut your bonus as much as they can, if you don’t do any mistakes, they create mistakes in your calls and cuts the bonus

Okay
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) - Remote - 10 March 2022
Set hours, couldn’t choose. Chill people but a lot of tasks to complete and they liked to make it competitive. They were lenient, minimum wage could have paid a dollar or two higher.
