I think job is nice but the wage is not enough to maintain your expences . if you are studying and looking for a part time job then it is the best option for you due to its flexible hours even if you are new in Canada its a good option for startup because its better then nothing

Fun & Diverse Working Environment
Commercial Customer Care Professional (Former Employee) - St. John's, NL - 21 September 2022
If you are looking for a workplace that is surrounded by diverse and caring colleagues than this is the place for you. I began my tenure with SP Data Digital on November 9th, 2020. I can honestly say that the management work so hard to bring success to the company, and have a genuine desire to see their agents succeed. I recommend this workplace for anyone who is looking to gather meaningful experience in the customer service industry, and to connect with so many people.

A great group of people
Customer Care (Current Employee) - Trenton, ON - 21 November 2018
While like any work environment there are good days and bad. The contract I was on was amazing. Lots of support and the TL's currently working on the contract are willing to work with you to help you learn and grow. They stood behind me on some issues and their requirements for job performance were explained, not like some places who give demands that make no real sense. The opportunity to advance is there if you want it. While not exactly my ideal job it was a great experience.
