Call Centre Representative (Current Employee) - Toronto, ON - 29 August 2021
- long hours with extremely short breaks, when you're even a minute over your break the TL's (supervisors) call you every time - very low pay - fixed schedules that change weekly and you only receive your schedule weekly... making it hard to plan your life outside of work for anything, also strict rules around switching around shifts

Call Centre Representative (Former Employee) - Toronto, ON - 3 April 2019
Overall, it’s an okay place to work. You will get write ups over the most uncontrollable things. Favoritism towards certain individuals. Bonuses was off sometimes.

Good Co-workers
Call Centre Agent (Former Employee) - Hamilton, ON - 20 December 2018
It was a good environment and nice people, but it wasn't the most pleasant experience due to the fact that, people who pick up the calls were mostly not the brightest of people and would be very irritated to pick up calls. Also we were selling Bell services who personally were not my ideal and most favourite company.
