Great Place to Begin but Fast Paced

I got my first experience with CS here. Team and Training Lead were really nice! Training was 2 weeks & a lot of info to take in at once. suggest longer time for training as its CS. You have to be really knowledgable of all the information. In my case, my first 2 days of calling, a cx could tell I was new to the role- which was disappointing and a learning point for me. So I highly suggest more time needed for training and maybe even testing at the end of training to make sure agents are ready. I'm grateful for my first experience!

Great environment, Work from home dream come true.

Ample breaks, helpful management, growth opportunities are available. It's exciting to go to work. I love my trainer, I hope he becomes my team leader when I'm done with the nesting stage.

Worst place to work

This is the most toxic environment I have worked. They set unrealistic targets and punish you for not meeting such targets. Zero workplace culture.Toxic

Poor Management-low pay

Don’t work here if you love yourself! You’re just a number or money making machine! Low paid and also management will cut your hours if your sales drop. The customers are tired of hearing from us … it’s a nightmare n frustrating!

Worst place to work

Don't ever work for them, the management is terrible, work is stressful, minimum wage but maximum work load. You will regret if you join them, I quit in 3 months.

Decent for first job

Is a stepping stone towards something greater. Favoritism sometimes occurs so don't get your hopes up when promotion time comes around. Overall coworkers were pretty good. Good way to get sales experience

This company does not foster a positive work environment

This company does not appear to appreciate that employees are more loyal and productive when they feel supported and are operating within a positive work environment. I witnessed people dropping out of this job like flies. After looking at these negative reviews-something I should have done before accepting the position-I can confirm that this is not a healthy work environment. Maybe that is the mandate: just burn through employees by providing inadequate training and then openly berating them at every opportunity, to force them to leave and then they can hire more desperate people for low wages and no benefits.

Not at all productive

My experience working at this company has been challenging due to the nature of the job. Dealing with frustrated and difficult customers on a regular basis can be stressful. Additionally, the shift timings can be inconvenient, especially for those in the EST time zone. The team leaders could benefit from improving their communication skills, as they can come across as dismissive or rude at times. I believe there is room for improvement in the training program, as it could provide more opportunities for personal and professional growth. While the job does require objection handling, I would appreciate more support and guidance from management in dealing with difficult customers interactions.

Productive, big bonuses & incentives.

Managers are all considerate. You will be motivated to do more because of the big bonuses & incentives, if you work hard it's not impossible to get $1k+ commission & $500+ gift cards.

They want 5 sales a week

I like the management they are doing their best but my experience has not been ideal. Terrible hours, the commission has not been paid, must make 5 sales a week, how's that possible? For $17 you are working like $24hour. Not just cold calling but management upset. Overall company is okay but the campaigns are terrible

Easy job but management seems lost

Overall it is an easy job, you just call customers and help them as a sales representative, renew their plans or upsell when necessary.But management have quite a lot of rules, they say to call customers just to give them the experience, then push harder and harder for agents to get sales. It can be tiring hearing "what's the reason for no sales", when the problem is the leads are bad (no promotions on the account), or just simply because customers do not pick up the call.


It's easy as a WFH job, and you do get 30 mins free paid break


when no one picks up a call, it can be a very boring day for you, cause youre on your own.

It was fun working there but the management was very bad

S&P only deserve one star from me because I did not like how they treat people they don’t give us chance to work there or being patient with us for a yes or a no you will get lay off.

Poor company to work for

Once you are through training there is next to no support. You are required to deal with the customers and if you get to a point that you need to escalate the call the supervisors are never there for you and just tell you to deal with it. Very demanding and a lot of pressure right away to make sales and goals.

Supportive Management

I worked here in it's heyday. I miss the environment, helpful coworkers. Many projects we're placed on, you learn about some of industry.Cons...being confined to restricted assistance for customers

Good management

I liked the trainers and the management does a good job at helping you. They respond to you quick and try to better your performance. It can be a little unrealistic sometimes so you need to have a good mindset in order to meet the goals

worked here as retention specialist. Easy work tough customers. Good learning experience for first job. For hiring they look for if you are a peoples person.

No work-life balance, they will gave you all the commissions on sales that you’ve made. Schedule kept on rotating. When you are asking for support TL will not answer your question and when they answer back it has no sense at all.
