Not a terrible place to be, but disappointed in some of the ways that things were done regarding information about payroll, overtime and hours. Don't bother applying unless you have "years" of call center experience with outdated databases
Bright and large work space with a lounge and clean kitchen. Training is 3 weeks of "slide projector" theory/computer training and listening to a few live calls with associates on the floor. No training manuals as the company is paperless. Week 4 you are live on the floor. You learn as you go flipping back and forth between dbases and searching for appropriate procedures.
