What is the work environment and culture like at the company?

  • Terrible. Only one word to describe

  • It was very relaxing and enjoyable

  • Our trainer was sick with Pneumonia and made us all sick! No floor support! Dirty computers, and broken chairs. No open door policy; so don't have a problem because they don't want to hear it. Abusive customers, and no emotional support for the employees; just sit and take the abuse. Cold temperature inside.

  • The pretty good environment felt a little competitive at times.

  • Fear culture. Sell or get fired. Achieve unrealistic goals or get fired. Don’t miss work or get fired. Unfortunately this culture is created at highest levels, and therefore cannot change without executive replacement. Private company.
