They lie about everything.Pay, working environment, training everything.Just wasting people's time and taking advantage of them
Changes happened without any heads up could have better prepared us for new policies and procedures so we would have the information before customers

Time management would be the hardest, it's a difficult job if you can't structure your life around it, since you aren't able to change your schedules unless you switch with someone else in the workplace, and if you think the hours are unfavorable, most likely others will too.
